Annouka has seven years experience in the real estate industry in the property management sector and has now had the opportunity to broaden her real estate knowledge and commence a sales career as personal assistant to award winning sales consultant, Carolyn Dutton. Annouka´s time in property management has provided her with strong local market knowledge and she has a broad understanding of Real Estate practices and procedures. Carolyn Dutton joined Harcourts Devonport in July 2011. Carolyn brought with her over 10 years of Real Estate sales experience. Prior to this she has had an extensive career in the Hospitality industry including Resort Management and Conference Management in Queensland over a 20+ year period. Born and bred in Tasmania, Carolyn and her husband Nigel returned to the State in 2009 and have made the NW coast their home. Carolyn works on a personalised level with her clients and enjoys all facets of the industry. She’s innovative with many unique forms of marketing including video production and interstate coverage. Carolyn was drawn to Harcourts particularly due to their “forward thinking” with technology and International branding. Carolyn is a true hard worker and will not leave a stone unturned to achieve a result for her clients. Kelly Brookes

Kelly's start in the real estate industry began in 2010 when she joined a Commercial Department in a West Australian real estate office. Since commencing in this exciting industry Kelly has grown a passion for real estate and all that the industry brings. Now residing in Tasmania and having joined the Harcourts Devonport Team, she is excited for the future and sharing in her knowledge & skills with the rest of the team. Kelly has a strong background in Customer Service and holds great pleasure in delivering a positive experience for all clients & customers.

Susie Bowe commenced working in Residential sales within the Devonport area in 1999 and quickly rose to become one of the states leading agents. Her primary goal is to achieve the best results for her clients, reflected in an outstanding record of results. A natural pace-setter, Susie has also achieved many Regional record sales throughout the Devonport area. Julia has made Tasmania her home after leaving her small stretch of Paradise in the tropical Samoan Islands back in 2009. Julia joins the professional Harcourts Devonport team with 3 years experience in the real estate industry being employed in Administration and Property Management. With a Harcourts Award of Excellence for Administrator of the Quarter April—June in 2010, Julia is a very highly motivated team player with a friendly and helpful customer service manner. Julia is looking forward to attaining high achievements including the day to day communications with all our Harcourts clientele.
